Legal basis for processing

The personal data processing voluntarily supplied by the users, during the browsing of the website or, however, provided for that purpose, is aimed for commercial performance. The data processing is carried out by a computerized procedure by appropriately authorized internal staff in the ways and within the limits necessary for the purposes for wich the data are provided or, for which they are further processed. For the proper functioning of this application, the user is fully aware that sharing personal data is necessary for that purpose (all the data related to the physical fitness, workouts and health).

Sharing data with a coach

If an ATHLETE user join a COACH in AthenaTRFI, the coach will have access to workouts, health and personal data stored in your account. Access to the data is necessary for a coach to provide coaching and advice. As an athlete, you can remove yourself from the COACH at any time and you will stop the sharing immediately. At the same time, once you share data with a third party, the third party’s handling of your personal data is the responsibility of that third party and you should carefully review the third party’s privacy policy and contact them for any questions you may have about your data.

Location of data processing

The data processing linked to the web services of this website take place at the Company’s office in Grottaferrata and are carried out by data processors in the company’s technical staff, or by data processors for occasional maintenance operation. The personal data provided voluntarily by users who benefit from the functionality of the site or who request information is used only to perform the service or assistance required and are transmitted to a third party only in case it’s necessary or specifically permitted by the user.

Types of data processed

Navigation Data

The Information systems and software procedures used to run the website acquire, as part of their usual cycle, some personal data whose transmission is implicit connected with the internet communication protocols. This kind of information is not acquired for purposes directly linked to indentifiable data subject but could, by virtue of it’s very nature, be processed and aggregated with the data held by third parties, in such a way to make user identification possible. What are cookies?
