ATHENATRFI with website https://www.athenatrfi.com provides fitness services to sport enthusiasts and professionals that want to track, analyze and improve their own performance. ATHENATRFI is an Italian company and the terms of service and conditions are rendered in accordance with the Italian law and jurisdiction.

ATHENATRFI provides an Internet service mobile applications to track and analyze fitness activities. The service is provided as is, and ATHENATRFI is not liable for incorrect or incomplete information, or improper use of the data of the services. ATHENATRFI cannot be held liable for damages, loss of income, business interruption, loss of data or other losses or damages associated with the use of its services. ATHENATRFI can suspend, change or interrupt any of the services it offers without prior notices.

All content in the ATHENATRFI services, including images, text, software and hardware are property of ATHENATRFI and protected by intellectual property laws covered by the Italian laws. Copy, distribution of the content and reverse engineering of the software, website and hardware are prohibited. Downloading some parts of the ATHENATRFI website, such as images and text is allowed only for personal, private and non commercial use.

Posting of offensive, discriminatory, racial, pornographic or illegal material is prohibited and the consequence is an immediate termination of the service. Unapproved commercial messages or advertising, is not permitted. The administrators can any time remove the content, or suspend an account that does not adhere to the terms of service without prior notice and ATHENATRFI shall not be held liable to you or any third party because of such termination or action.

You expressly agree that ATHENATRFI is not providing medical advice via the website (including text, photographs, images, illustrations, videos, audio and other material created by ATHENATRFI or any other user or third party). Consult or ask for the advice to your physician or other medical professionals for any health related questions.

You expressly agree that your athletic activities carry certain inherent and significant risks of property damage, bodily injury or death and that you voluntary assume all known and unknown risks associated with these activities even if caused in whole or part by the action, inaction or negligence of ATHENATRFI or by the action, inaction or negligence of others. You expressly agree to release ATHENATRFI, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, representatives, employee, partners and licensors from any and all liability connected with your athletic activities, and promise not to sue those parties for any claims, actions, injuries, damages, or losses associated with your athletic activities, use or misuse of training programs created by ATHENATRFI or any third party, use or misuse of equipment created by ATHENATRFI or any third party.

You understand that the ATHENATRFI platform is intended to be used in connection with athletic and fitness and sport activities. In becoming a user of ATHENATRFI, you affirm that you have consulted your physician in connection with any athletic and fitness activities that will be performed on the Selfloops platform.

Discontinue any use of the platform or engaging in any such athletic or fitness activities that cause you pain, fatigue, discomfort, nausea, dizziness, or shortness of breath and consult a medical expert.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release ATHENATRFI and the other ATHENATRFI Parties from responsibility, liability, claims, demands and/or damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown (including claims of negligence), arising out of or related to disputes between users and the acts or omissions of third parties. In addition, any performance improvement is not guaranteed.

We welcome comments, feedback, suggestions, and other communications regarding our website, applications and the services we provide. You are not obligated to provide feedback to us and in the event that you provide us feedback, you hereby grant to ATHENATRFI a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferrable, assignable, sub-licenseable, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to copy, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display and perform and otherwise exploit such feedback and to use, make, have made, sell, offer for sale, import and export products and services based on such feedback. If you do not wish to license your feedback according to our terms described here, please do not send us any feedback.

You expressely agree that ATHENATRFI is not responsible for Coaches work. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your selection of any coach or other third party you choose to assist you with your training, exercise, or fitness (your “Coach”) and for any advice, coaching, training, or other services you receive from that Coach through ATHENATRFI.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and you are not permitted to share or disclose your password to anyone else. You will be solely responsible for the activities of anyone accessing the Site using any password assigned to you, even if the individual is not, in fact authorized by you. If you have reason to believe that your password has been compromised or used without authorization, you must promptly change it, using the functionality provided on the applicable Site, and notify us at info@athenatrfi.com.

By using our services you grant the consent to ATHENATRFI to manage and process your data according to our terms of services and privacy policy.

In order to use the service you must be older than 16.

ATHENATRFI reserves the rights to change the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy at any time. You must accepts the conditions to be able to use the service or access may be denied.

SUBSCRIPTION PRICING AND TERMS

Subscription options
In our software we have the following subscription policy:
ACCOUNT BASIC for € 7,99 monthly, € 86,99 annualy (-10% monthly compared)
ACCOUNT PLUS for € 8,99 monthly, € 97,99 annualy (-10% monthly compared)
ACCOUNT COACH for € 9.99 monthly, € 107,99 annualy (-10% monthly compared), unlimited ATHLETES
ACCOUNT ATHLETE for € 4,99 monthly, € 53,99 annualy (-10% monthly compared), unlimited COACHES
For all account the trial lasts 30 days from subscription and is not extendable.

End of trial and subscription renewal
All prices are in EURO
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off on last day of the current period.
Account will be charged for renewal at the same conditions of the last renew.
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Canceling trial or subscription
You can turn off the auto-renew for the subscription whenever you want.
When your current trial/subscription period expires, your account will be suspended till new renewal.
The current active subscription period can not be refunded.
If you delete your account future charges will be suspended (no refund for any unused payed subscription).
